Senwick Glebe Annexe

In an elevated position with panoramic views over adjoining farmlands to Kirkcudbright Bay and the Solway Firth, the Annexe is a self-contained wing of the owner's recently built home. It is delightfully light and comfortable, and contains everything you need for your self-catering holiday.

The living area is open-plan, consisting of a large and light lounge with colour television. Stunning sea views can be had from the large windows. The modern kitchen is well equipped and there is both a breakfast bar and a dining area.

The bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with luxury corner bath and shower over, wash basin and toilet. One of the settees in the lounge also converts into a comfortable double bed, but access to the bathroom has to be through the bedroom.

The flat is all-electric with double-glazing throughout and underfloor heating if required. All heating and electricity is included in the price. All bed linen, towels, tea-towels etc are also included.

Small well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement, and a cot for small children can be provided. Please arrange for these at time of booking. The owner's large garden is available for use by guests. There is ample parking in the grounds.

Although the accommodation is all on one level, the only access is by an external staircase, and it may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
